These are organic and have a blend of fruits and veggies my toddler isnt a big fan of veggies so at the moment these are the only way he will eat them lol! Its perfect because he can hold it himself and eat it he loves to be independent

Love the convenience of these pouches- just squirt the top in the trash it gets a little discolored and I'm sure it's safe because it's sealed but I just squirt the top tiny bit out.
