Works just as advertised. My only small issue with it is that we live in an apartment complex and the power adapter on the router is too big to fit into the network closet door inside the coat closet. So, I'll need to buy an extension cord and find a way to tuck the power adapter behind the route...

The WiFi router works great. Had a few issues setting up. You need to download the NetGear app. Tech support helped me set it up. It's been working great. I bought it to save on rental fees. Cable fees are ridiculous these days.
