These are very nice placemates. Are more durable than the normal plastic placemates

These mats are attractive and easy to clean--just wipe with a damp cloth. No more cloth place mats that have to be laundered (and in some cases, ironed). They are thick enough to shield a table from heat, and smooth enough to provide a good surface for writing.
