This sauce is so flavorful, it really elevates plain chicken. It's very easy to make and it's not as spicy as one might think. It's between mild and medium if you were to buy curry at a restaurant. Still, it's so flavorful, even those who love really spicy dishes (like me) will appreciate it.

We LOVE using these supper packets. The curry chicken is very good! Although we like to stretch it and add our own touches, it would be good on its own. Many of our meals have been better than Thai we have experienced in restaurants. This is a regular purchase for our pantry.
