Purchased this for my Grandson, he is 11 years old and enjoys shooting photos with his Grandpa. It provides 16MP resolution, good light control, and excellent color rendition. The zoom, and Macro modes are suitable for his needs. Very happy with this purchase, as is my Grandson.

So far a nice camera for the money. Features still trying them out, so far I'm happy. I've had camera only a little over a month. I'm familiar with 35mm cameras and digital point n shoot. So far for the price and features, I would say good deal.

This camera is not perfect but when you consider what it sells for and then look at the build quality,features and the high scores the brand got for reliability from Square Trade and CR it's hard to be too critical. If I had one thing I would like to see improved it would be low light performance...
