This game is awesome to play. It is different than normal Risk because you are aiming to get a certain number of capitals rather than taking over the world.

The game was shipped in a thin plastic envelope without any padding. The game box was surprisingly intact but worn , the corners were crushed and there was sticky adhesive residue all over one side. Good mixture of Risk game mechanics and a more strategic ruleset. Is a bit limited as the game really needs four players to get the most out of it, but that is just like Risk.
