So far two weeks in and no complaints. I have a PB700FB pretty simple smoker,easy to use. Ive done ribs,chicken,steak and some beef jerky and it has all came out great. Happy Smoker!

We anxiously waited for our Pit Boss 700 series as it was on back order. Once put all together, which was time consuming, we immediately put it to work with pork shoulder and ribs. The next day we smoked 5 doz sweet corn. We love this smoker!

Very solid and fairly easy to put together. Followed instructions and did initial burn off the day I put it together and was smoking meat the next morning (chicken and sausage). I love this grill! So much better than LP in my opinion! No flame ups. Set it and forget it. We have used it a handful of times and no complaints at all. Great packaging, very heavy duty. Package weight is 150 pounds. Easy assembly! And we got it on sale at our local store!

We just did our first smoked brisket and we loved it! The only reason why I took away one star is because of multiple cosmetic damages. It has some dents, paint chips and the hopper is totally bent it.
