This warmers' ivory color lining is plastic which lets the heat out and the wax doesn't melt. The wax holder peeled off after using it twice. Just returned it to the store yesterday.. Very disappointed :(

Bought this and the plug in after my last warmer broke, very pretty melts well etc. Paint peels for no reason, plastic turns brown and looks really bad after a few uses (and yes I was using the correct bulbs and following instructions) Not worth the money should have bought something else as now ...

At first really liked it. Then after a few times of use - the METAL BOWL that holds the wax started to peel. Its also very small. Thinking of returning it for the larger ones that are made of ceramic.

Like the other reviewers, I was really happy with this until I just went to clean out the wax that was in it. The paint on the bowl had completely peeled off of the interior. It's really disappointing. I have it placed high enough that the bowl itself isn't usually visible, so I will continue to ...

For a mini it does do a fine job melting a small cube of wax. The only downside is that after a few uses the paint or protective coating on the inside (where the wax is melted at) of the melting plate stripped away after less than a dozen uses. It just wiped up along with the residual wax one day...
