      The followup to Hero's Trial has to spend more time on galactic politics and less on Han Solo in action, and the story bogs down along with the galactic response to an invasion. The times when Han is in the spotlight, though, are as good as those in the first volume. Luceno continues to demonstra...

      It's a good read and definitely part of the overall storyline for this series. I enjoyed Han finding purpose and Leia once again taking on the role of protector of the innocent. I'm really enjoying this as a simple Sci Fi series with familiar and not so familiar characters.
