We use these commercially in our restaurant. They are tough, stain resistant and work great for cooking pasta both in an oven and under the salamander. Highly recommended.

I purchased four of the 18 ounce baking dishes. They are perfect for individual pasta, salad, or dessert portions. Additionally, they look elegant on a buffet. They hold toppings for make-your-own pizza, taco, ice cream, sugar cookie parties.

The dish is great heating up anything from veggies to appetizers. It's good in the microwave or oven. It's smaller size is good for veggies or anything.
