I made the recipe on the box and plopped them on top of a keto chicken pot pie recipe. These came out excellent and reminded me of Red Lobsters cheddar baked biscuits.

On another site I thought I was reading the price wrong - the Atkins Baking Mix was $275.88 for 2 pounds. I read the review and one said he would prefer Carbquik the price was more reasonable. I bought it, I tried it and I really like it. And the price was affordable.

I made sausage balls using this and turkey breakfast sausage. They were delicious. I can't wait to try other recipes!

Has a bit of a sweet flavor to it. If you are using it to make bread, I would suggest adding extra garlic & onion powder to compensate for the sweetened flavor of the baking mix.
