I love Walnut oil and the richness it brings to salad dressings and sauces. I appreciate that this brand uses tin, which is so much better than a plastic bottle. This is a lot of oil, and I probably won't be able to use it all before it goes rancid, but the oil itself is great!

It has a delicious nutty flavor and is light in color. If you love walnuts you will absolutely enjoy this oil. It great as a finishing oil over pasta or salads or even for baking in nutty desserts. Overall I highly recommend La Tourangelle's Roasted Walnut oil for its rich, superb nutty flavor!

I've been using this on my salads for years instead of olive oil. I couldn't find it lately in my local store. So happy to find it at Piping Rock. It has a nice mild flavor, not overwhelming.

We use this oil for making popcorn. It is very tasty, almost buttery in flavor. I don't like that it needs to be refrigerated after opening but fun to have on hand.
