The flavor was great but you can't buy these in the store, they only ship and they arrived in complete crumbs. It's not worth the time and money to go through the process to return these. Maybe if you're making some sort of layered dessert.

To me, this gluten free version of Scottish shortbread tastes the same as the original. And I have eaten both. It seems remarkable to me that such an excellent recipe for a gluten free version has been found, one that avoids the problem of crumbling while maintaining excellent texture and flavor...
