Replaced toilet seat that was cracked. Installation was easy but sprayed liquid wrench on bolts 1 week beforehand. I replaced another seat a few years ago and one of the anchors was stripped. It was an ordeal to replace. Make sure bolts are well oiled before installing to prevent problems.
