I'm a type 1 diabetic and I love sweet tea. I don't like that it sends my blood sugar soaring. So I decided to try this, based on reviews in the T1D fb group. I made my usual cup of hot tea, added 10 of the little scoops of alluose, and didn't dose for anything. No effect on my blood sugar!!!

I prefer the original texture of this sweetener which had a grainy texture, personal preference; this newer version looks just like regular sugar %26 is very sweet in taste.
