      Like the other reviewer, the handle snapped off because the cartridge requires you to turn the water off pretty hard to get the flow to completely stop. Thus the low quality rating.       Looks great but after 16 years, the handle finally broke. I was a bit upset by this until I called the company and they sent out a replacement free of charge.
