Good for younger kids where small details are not important. They are very thick so small outlines, details, etc. are not going to work with these.

My kids love using these and prefer them over crayons or markers. They draw smoothly. They are thick so they're perfect for making posters or coloring things in quickly.

I used these last year in my art center and the preschoolers love them. While we paint too, this is a much easier clean up at the easel...and keep painting at the table on trays :-) I was very disappointed to see the price of a large school container had gone up 300% since last year; so settled...
