I jumped on the soy products band wagon when I was a preteen, now 41. Tofu is highly versatile. Deserts, snacks, smoothies, Meat alternatives, main meals, entrees, sides, you can do almost anything with it. I love and enjoy Tofu. You can't buy any vegetarian products in my area. Thank you Swanson.
