excellent. i bought this initially to make my own electrolyte drink. in addition to Na, it has a bunch of other minerals. since then, i have used it to flavor all sorts of foods. it adds a wonderful flavor, not really table-salt salty, just a kind of refined salty. highly recommended.

Taste great - hope it does all the good things that Barbara O'Neill on TikTok says. Keep some of it on counter in small container and take a grain of it before drinking water. Walmart had a good price comparing it to other sources.
