Cools a 12x24 partially insulated metal building in 95 degree temperatures with no issues. IT's not as loud as I expected and cools to the temperature it is set at with ease. At initial set up, the entire building was a comfortable temperature within 45 minutes, from 93 degrees.

I was hoping it would be quieter. Installed next to TV and have to turn it up Three or Four Levels to hear it. The remote is a piece of junk, you can't tell what the temp is or any of the different levels. The dry cycle does not drop the humidity level very much at all.
