hi! I was so excited to buy this item, but sadly when It arrived I plugged it up and let it charge as the instructions said to do so. My vacuum acne cleanser never turned on. doesn't work! My daughter followed the directions and it does not work! I am trying to return and that is very difficult because Walmart doesn't handle the return. I am spending too much time trying to figure out how to return.

I kept it moving while I was using it and it still gave me a chin hickey.

Perfect... IF you do it right, hot towel to open pours first.... then apply the sucker. DO not leave it in one spot!! Apply and move it whilst suction is on. YANKS THE CRAP OUT!!! Two thumbs up
