My 6 month old won't take a pacifier, but this distracts her well when she just wants something to chew on. She isn't teething yet, so I can't speak of durability, but it works great for a distraction tool.

I love this necklace. I bought two of them. The only complaint I have is the navy blue I bought looks more purple then blue to me. But my daughter loves them, and I don't mind wearing them. They are not very heavy, so I don't feel like I have a weight around my neck. Would love to by more in diff...
