i bought this pole and,,the line does not stay tight at all i'm very upset

"Fished" with it for 20 minutes and realized it could not cast 20 ft and reel backlashed repeatedly. not worth any price, let alone a cheap one. You get what you pay for. If I could rate this a zero stars I would.

Generally love Shakespeare products.. The pole I do love.. The spool tensioner on it is fake so not getting birds nest is near impossible because it is impossible to set a cast controller with no spool tensioner..
