Fit perfectly to the rail I put on my savage axis 2 precision, enables me to swap bi-pods I have on other guns to guns that have rails.Can also use it on a longer rail for a swivel . Great product,fast shipping, love Caldwell stuff.

I'm sure it is great for some people with AR-15s, but for the application I was using it for it was too big and I cannot put it on the rifle. It looked solid enough though.
