Suitable for most common fisheries. This is my second Agility rod and 3rd or 4th Agility reel. A seven pound pink salmon took nearly maximum drag, so be aware this is not meant for giants.

Reel is smooth 8lb line is perfect for this set up. The rod is the best part of this combo tho you can feel everything and has a good back bone. I caught this bass with this combo.
