Overall, a good mid-level treadmill. Instruction book says assembly requires two people and their NOT kidding. The cooling fan is completely useless. After a brisk 30 minute walk in South Texas in February, sweat was pouring off me.

Good treadmill, It has power 2.75 motor, space saver design, good cushioning, wide range of speeds 0 - 12 MPH and inclines 0 - 12%, wide and long 20" x 60" commercial tread belt. Very easy controls. I like it. One cons: too bright even at min contrast=1 display, I cover it with paper when excise.,
