I like the fact it is made out of aluminum as apposed to some kind of plastic. I used it one time and it worked well. The cover or caring case is cloth and could be used wet to help cool the water. Haven't tried that yet.

This was a gift for son, so he likes it but much about this canteen is cheap. The top, the chain attached to it which broke off while he was simply picking it up, and the canteen itself is VERY thin and easy to scratch.
