If you throw crankbaits, this is a great rod. Long casts, soft action but plenty of backbone. As with most glass rods fish hook themselves. Great rod and an even better price!

I have 2 rods one is a spinner bait and the other is a worm rod. they are 2 years old and I can not ask for better rods.
