I've done quite a bit of research around adding amino acids to my workout supplements. It's a really quality product to use in addition to Pump or Pre-workout with a fantastic ratio of aminos. I'm still testing out the flavors I like, but overall very pleased with my first purchase.

Just started using Redcon1 supplements and my newest try was BREACH. I'm a 50yo CPT and I have tried lots of supplements. So far, for a BCAA, this is my favorite. Love the taste (watermelon) and it dissolves fast! I mix it in with my oatmeal in the morning too! Definitely recommend this product.
