I was a smoker for 25 years and I did the steps of the patches and I was able to finally quit smoking. They worked for me. You have to want to quit or they wont work. It's up to you and if your willing to quit your addiction or not. Make the first step though when your ready these do work.

Works better than I thought for much less than Nicoderm. I've been smoking for over 30 years, and I haven't had a cigarette since December 30. That's not much time, but I am determined to stop. I'm already on step 2. It's not as hard as I thought it would be.
