I really like the flavor and texture of this snack. I'm a big fan of anything caramel, so these are a favorite in my house. I like that this has lots of protein and fiber. It's amazing to me how delicious diet foods are these days! I definitely recommend this for a snack.

I cannot have any of the snacks by Adkins because of the sugar alcohols. These however do not have them and do not affect my stomach. This is my favorite flavor, but they are both very good. They are perfect for the crunch lover like me!
