I emailed and called tie down customer tech support and was told they have some that were loose during assembly at factory, they said to try tightening it. The product fit the basic dimensions of the trailer tongue. To make it work, I needed to drill two more mounting holes in the frame. I would have to route the hydraulic tubing another way, too. I was able to locate an exact replacement from another vendor and returned this one to my local walmart.
