This was a Christmas present for my grandson. It is light weight but extremely sturdy. It's made very well and easy to assemble. It takes a regular twin size mattress.

amazing bed and sturdy enough that if my son has nightmares or trouble sleeping I can lay down with him and it will hold both of us. He always fought bed time until we got this now he takes himself to bed most of the time and even just hangs out in his bed because how cool this bed is.
