These shakes are very tasty for having 30 grams of protein. They mix well. I didn't have any chunks in mine. They leave you feeling full and satisfied and feeling like you did something healthy for yourself.

I love Pure Protein. Rich chocolate is my favorite flavor. Being a senior citizen my doctor told me to eat more protein and that it is beneficial because I don't eat a lot. And I have osteoporosis because I only ate salads for many years with very little protein.

Supplement my diet with cold Chocolate yummy! Some days it is too hot to cook indoors. Sometimes I am busy with craft or home project and so I drink one of these so I can stay focused on my project. Got a great price at Walmart.com!

I bought three flavors and all of them are quite good. The Chocolate is better than the Vanilla (because we all know vanilla protein has the last weird tinge regardless of the brand). Caramel was surprisingly good, and on par with the chocolate. They make great creamer, if you want to thin it out...
