Better Homes and Gardens Glam Chrome Floor Lamp with Crystal Accents

I've had this lamp for a year. The base and pole are cute, the lamp shade is ok, but the disappointing part is the 3 way light no longer works. We tried changing the bulb and the switch with no avail.

They look great in the photo and I was afraid they weren't going to look like that when they arrived. I was wrong! I bought two to put on either side of my bed and they look awesome! I was going for a touch of modern elegance, and that's exactly what I got! I feel like I'm sleeping in a hotel!!!
