Very good. It taste pretty good. Ofc it's not gonna be amazing but for protein powder taste I'd give it a 10/10. But I general I'd say 7/10. Not that that's even that bad though. I recommend using this twice a day. Use one scoop of powder and 12 oz of milk.

Great product! My husband loves the taste and is able to get all his nourishment (most important, his protien) without wreaking havoc with his blood sugar. Mix with non-dairy creamer (ex. Mocha Mix ) for those on dialysis.
