Service was and is always great , BUT the product not what I was expecting, not hot at all the thermostat, liquids get cold quick, and the machine SHOULD have a auto shut off. Sorry I spend the time and money , I am returning it.

Did not send Steam thru coffee grounds only Not even Hot water but very warm water on the coffee side. Steam side worked well. Got a 34 dollar Mr Coffee my last one worked great for about 2 years.

I love it a year ago a bought a new one and was unhappy with it I didn't like the look off it or the proformace. this one is fast and look nice with my other steeless still app. the coffee and steamer heats up in 2min. I love it!
