It works great for what I need. I like that it is one of few that come with a cord to transfer files to a computer. I do wish the manual had more instructions. I had to look a few things up online.

Fidelity of recording was very good. Very small controls are difficult and not intuitive. Must go online to get user manual. Haven't yet tried transfer to PC.

My husband need this for investigations. Works great. Easy to retrieve recordings, upload to computer and easy to operate. I had this now for 4 months and my husband records multipal times a day and playsback just as much if not more and it still works great. Great recorder for the money.
