I have had the Fio Hearing Aids for 2 weeks now and they work great. Having the ability to adjust the overall volume and frequency volumes independently for each ear is very nice and ads a custom feature to these hearing aids that make them worth every penny!!

I bought theses several months back. Most of the negative reviews are by people that did not reach out to the manufacturer. I did, they solved all issues.The hearing aids need to be charged in the base, with the base fully charged, but not plugged in. When you do that they charge and work great. ...

I don't like the fact that when you're eating it's really loud. They are hard to get into the ear correctly. Hard to line up into the case so they will charge properly. When I called Lucid and left a message to be called back, no one returned my call. I am still getting used to them.
