Switched to Bob's Red Mill based on good reviews and the fact that these oats are " ORGANIC " The slight disappointment is that I ordered 3 bags and only received 2..Oh Well.... Not worth the trouble trying to recover 5 bucks and some change...... I will continue to buy this product. Cooking hint...

This is great oatmeal, Love the chewiness of each bite. I cook this for breakfast every morning 7 days a week! Top with fresh fruit and sliced almonds, coconut milk, and it's amazing. Dairy free, nutritious, filling, no need for added sugar outside the fruit.

I prefer Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats over any other. I put 2.5 cups of water in the Instant Pot Pressure Cooker with one cup of oats. I set it for 15 min and when the timer rings, I am left with 4 servings of a great meal.

I like this product - it's organic and I flake the steel cut oats for oatmeal. The price was very good. Walmart delivered quickly.

I've had some slimy encounters with steel cut oats but not with Bob's! Following the 3:1 water to oat instructions, I bring them to a boil in a le Creuset heavy pan/Dutch oven, then turn it off and let it sit for an hour. Repeat if there's extra water. Perfect texture without slime. Easy, lasts ...
