I finally got a smartphone and it went white screen and they won't give me my money back! I'm going to be on my forth phone in less then a year.it will be a in may it will be a year they pretty much last three months

I got this phone and it was great for 3 -4 months. Now it constantly white screens and skitz to have lines all in it m randomly will start typing all kinds of letters and numbers. Have to yank battery to make it stop. Need a new phone AGAIN. Alot of people seem to have this problem with this spec...

Everything looks whited out after 2-3 months of use. Pressing the screen on/off button repeating may or may not work. Tends to get worse as the phone ages. Total wireless acted clueless when I talked to them about it.
