The headphone does reduce noise when flying. I feel less stressed and can concentrate better reading a book. They are very comfortable and like the compact firm case that is included. I have not tried the sound quality yet.

Working in an often load cubical environment can sometimes ( a lot of times) become noisy and distracting. These fit the bill and leave me to own thoughts (scary) so I can get some work done. Seriously though, they do work great.
