The computer works well. The only problem I've had is with the power cord, the cord is loose when plugged in and didn't charge on the third night. The port is somewhat worn. I hope this is a quick fix.

The Laptop was in good shape. The only problem is that the battery is not in good shape. It did not ever get to 100% charge, and the messages warned it needed to be replaced. I but in a new battery pack, it charged to 100% overnight, so the battery pack it came with was not any good. Still a good...

Overall the laptop is a good value given the specs. The laptop however is on the heavy side.
