The unit has plenty of power to take out 3 to 4 foot tall grass. I particularly like the blades.They make for an effective addition to the strings. Also really like the throttle and the starter rope located on the unit's handle bar. Well thought out!

Easy to assemble. Engine starts easily. Have cut thick grass 18" tall and it was like a knife going through hot butter. I would recommend this as a good trimmer at reasonable price.

its a good trimmer only problem is belt tension its not a belt problem its a return spring problem its stronger then the cable spring that puts tension on belt i removed spring to see u could not stop cutter head if u wanted to so as soon as i get to lowes im getting a lighter spring just enough ...

Well built. Has extras that others don't have like safety flap to protect user. Cut four foot high sawgrass with ease. The cutting line showed NO wear after an hour of use. I like the blades that hold the line. The adjustable height is nice to have. Filled oil, added gas and one pull got it start...
