This is by far my favorite. I fell it might be the most healthiest as well but I am not a doctor. What I do know is that it taste very good. If you like avocado on most everything but you do not have it this is a great substitute for that. Make sure that you stir though as it does separate a little.

I love mayonnaise! It's good to have mayonnaise made with more healthy ingredients, but still tastes good. It tastes lighter than regular mayonnaise, not as rich and creamy like regular mayonnaise. That's expected because it's lower fat and made with avocado oil.
