I got this radio so we would have something on the beach but to be able to hear while we were in the water. It's great and really loud. Everytime we have it on someone is always trying to turn it down to hear people speak.

Great to use everywhere, everyday. My family has used everyday since I purchased. Sound is great! We even used for a slide show presentation for music which sound filled a small hall perfectly. Battery life is unreal. Definitely worth $$$.

Was looking for something for backyard outing. Something small but with a big sound. Luck out to find this on Sam club web site. Research price and quality from the original speakers website . Price was lower at Sam's. Bluetooth was a plus for other guests .. Am/fm radio and extra plug in outlet....
