love how big this yarn is. wish for higher wool content. this is what i use to make rugs. so thick and awesome! still, higher wool % would keep me from searching etsy for a similar product.

I have done both a crocheted afghan/throw and a knitted one. It is so much easier to crochet with this yarn than to knit with it. I use a size 70 hook (and knitting needles) on it. The knitting needles tend to split off the edges of the strand while trying to knit it. I had no problems crocheting...

This yarn works up quickly, found one of the skeins is badly damaged, it's very thin and felted, for at least 10 of the 29 yards. I'm hoping the rest is in better condition.

While I love that this yarn is super chunky and comes in some lovely colors, it sheds like no other. I used this yarn to arm knit a blanket and anyone who uses it has fuzz all over their clothes. I will not be repurchasing!
