We buy it every two weeks for the family of 3. There is no sugar, no salt in it, just a nutural taste. Super nutritious and delicious. Our 4 year old son loves it. Also, we put this mix into our cereal, oatmeal, salads. Tastes better when you keep it in the fridge.
