This was a great book with a lot of good advice. Although it was enjoyable alone, I think it would be even better with a group. I'll be checking out the others in the "Battle" series, as well.

This workbook is probably better for group study, but it can also be done alone. There are some good probing questions that will cause a woman to reflect on her relationship with God. It would be good for a young girl to go through before she goes to college.
