I just bought this tea, come back to work and made a cup. Very nice taste no sugar needed I will be having at less two cups a day!!

I ALWAYS drink this when I'm struggling with period cramps or pain! It tastes delicious and fruity and even if it does nothing at least I feel like I'm somehow helping ease my menstrual symptoms! I love that Pukka are all plastic free, so much better for the environment.
